Bold Strap Unveils New Collection at São Paulo Fashion Week

Bold Strap made a sensational return to the runway at the 58th São Paulo Fashion Week, captivating audiences with a collection that boldly reimagines the intersection of sensuality and everyday attire. Renowned for its fearless aesthetic and distinctive blend of fashion with subtle fetish nuances, the brand revisited its 2019 origins, infusing them with fresh perspectives that both honor its heritage and push the boundaries of contemporary design. With muse Camila Queiroz gracing the catwalk, Bold Strap’s latest showcase is a testament to its unwavering commitment to audacity and innovation.

Bold Strap, renowned for its daring aesthetic and unique blend of fashion and subtle fetish elements, unveiled its latest collection at the 58th edition of São Paulo Fashion Week (SPFW). The show was sponsored by K-MED and featured the brand’s muse, Camila Queiroz, gracing the runway. Drawing inspiration from the codes that marked its 2019 debut, the collection brings the essence of Bold Strap’s DNA into a new perspective. Sensuality and elements of fetishism, which have been pivotal in the brand’s journey, appeared in nuanced forms throughout the pieces, creating a fusion between the provocative and the everyday.

The brand presented a mix of dresses, trousers, jackets, and T-shirts, alongside its iconic underwear line. This season, Bold Strap’s signature harnesses were integrated into the garments rather than existing as separate accessories, adding cohesion to the looks. The collection explored transparency, nude tones, and pastels, simulating a subtle and sophisticated nudity that created a sensual and mysterious atmosphere.

Materials such as latex, leather, tulle, and silk featured prominently, bringing an intriguing tension between lightness and structure. A standout piece was the reinterpretation of an iconic Bold Strap jacket, now crafted in transparent mesh. It maintained its imposing appearance with oversized shoulders and a corset-like touch at the abdomen, allowing the body to be visible without losing the strength of the garment.

The show was enhanced by a partnership with K-MED, a brand specialising in sexual health products, which was instrumental in the production. They supported the creation of an immersive runway with a wall of over 4,000 lubricant packages and contributed to stylised looks with accessories developed by Formmis featuring K-Toys. Additionally, the collection included a collaboration with Betty Brand, which developed exclusive earrings, reinforcing the dialogue between fashion and the world of fetish.

With support from Uber, guests enjoyed a premium experience, arriving at the show in Uber Black cars and using the “Bold Strap – SPFW” location in the app to be dropped off at the entrance closest to the runway. This ensured the event was not just a fashion presentation but a comprehensive experience. The soundtrack, filled with iconic pop hits, underscored the brand’s vibrant and sexy character, highlighting that Bold Strap continues to dominate the fashion scene with its audacious spirit and unmistakable aesthetic.
